Saturday Training Details

The two main goals of the lacrosse lessons are to help build a strong fundamental foundation for each player and to get them more comfortable and confidant in games. This way, when they compete in practice and games, they will have the skills to play up to their potential. Every practice is split into 2 parts. The first 30 minutes is designed to be hard work and difficult, where we teach the basics like ground balls, passing, catching, shooting, etc. Then, after they have all hopefully learned something for the day, we apply it with game-like drills (usually a scrimmage) for the remaining 30 minutes. So, please come out, invite your friends, and have fun competing with/against other players in the San Antonio lacrosse community!
