2025 Summer Camp Details

WHEN:
- Week 1: June 16-20 (Mon-Fri)
- Week 2: June 23-27 (Mon-Fri)
- Both Weeks: 4:30pm-7:30pm (In the Evening) at the Olmos Basin Soccer Fields
LOCATION:
- Olmos Basin Soccer Fields (502 Devine Rd #598, San Antonio, TX 78209)

- Rising 2nd-8th grade
EXPERIENCE LEVEL:
- Brand new players to elite-level players

COST:
- Early Bird Special (Ends 5/1/2025):
  - 1 Week: $250/player ($17/hr)
  - 2 Weeks: $450/player ($15/hr)
- After 5/1/2025:

- GOALIE Special:
  - Goalies: $100/week (Practically Free!)

What is The Summer Showdown Lacrosse Camp?

Now in its 12th year, The Summer Showdown Summer Lacrosse Camp in San Antonio, Texas, is a youth lacrosse summer camp for boys & girls who are rising 2^nd-8^th graders of all experience levels. Our instructional summer camp is designed to provide an elite-level coaching staff that not only knows the game but also knows how to work with youth athletes in order to create a positive and encouraging camp environment for maximum skill development and fun! So, whether you are brand new to the sport or an experienced local San Antonio lacrosse player, The Summer Showdown is the place to meet and compete against the top players in the city!

They have people who string sticks for free and sell them. 100% of the profits go to Autism research. Fun, Fundamentals, Competition, & Leadership!

FUN! With over 10 years of experience running a successful summer lacrosse camp in San Antonio, our coaching staff is dedicated to providing creative drills and competitions that will disguise hard work with having fun. As a result, our camp games will have your kid hooked on lacrosse and loving the sport!
FUNDAMENTALS! FUNDAMENTALS! FUNDAMENTALS! We will never “just roll the balls out and let the kids play.” Instead, we focus intensely on proven youth lacrosse drills to increase the skills of every camper. With a low coach to player ration, we are able to take the time needed to work with a player on turning a bad habit into a good one. Our summer camp is dedicated to setting a strong foundation with our fundamental lacrosse drills.
COMPETITION! Each week will include summer camp prizes. We will test the campers to see who is the best shooter, passer, defender, ect. at camp! Our summer camp prizes range from small summer camp daily prizes to big with the camper of the week award.
LEADERSHIP! We want our players not only to be skilled, but to be great teammates as well, by affecting the team with a positive attitude, energy, and optimism.
